A few details help:
- Your address, so the request reaches a company that works in your town
- Basement or crawl space, and finished or unfinished
- Where water shows up: floor edge, a crack, a window well, or just humidity
- When: every storm, only long rainy spells, or all the time
- Whether there's a sinkhole or low spot on or near the lot
A hole opening near the house? Keep people and pets away from it and call your gas utility right away if a gas line could be involved. A sinkhole under or beside a foundation needs a geologist or engineer before any waterproofing.
